Joshua Bachove
Josh Bachove is the founder and president of Pocket 7 Films, a full-service production company that guides independent film and television projects from development through distribution. Most recently, Bachove completed production on the Showtime series The Curse. His producing credits also include Do Revenge for Netflix, The Sky Is Everywhere with A24 for Apple TV+, and the acclaimed A24 feature Minari. Minari received six Academy Award nominations, won the 2021 Golden Globe for Best Foreign Language Film, and earned both the Grand Jury Prize and Audience Award at the 2020 Sundance Film Festival. Bachove's portfolio also includes critically acclaimed titles such as Lizzie, The Little Hours, Joshy, The Weekend, Welcome Home, and Life After Beth. He takes pride in the fact that major industry players, including Lionsgate, Netflix, Apple, Universal, Sony, MTV/Viacom, and A24, have acquired and distributed every film he has produced.
